Today, I read the book 18 minutes by Peter Brigman
Here are some key points and insights that I found to be useful to me as a busy college student. Find your focus, master distraction and get the right things done
The key take away from this is that you shouldn't do what others are always expecting of you. Only you truly know your life and the things that have to get done every day. Do what is right for you, and focus on those things that balance your strengths and weaknesses. Plan your year with goals and purpose behind those goals, and follow the plan of 18 minutes to help you reach those goals and overcome the distractions of life.
